Sign in to your CyberCrimePortal account.

Go to Dashboard

Visit your dashboard to see all submitted complaints.

Copy the ID

The Complaint ID is shown in the first column of your complaint list.

What do the statuses mean?
Submitted

Your complaint has been received and is awaiting review.

Pending

An officer has been assigned and is actively investigating.

Resolved

The investigation is complete and the case is closed.

Rejected

The complaint did not meet the criteria for investigation.
